MAF Dotwell

Your stock data already knows what to reorder. It just isn’t telling you.

I build stock and reorder reporting for small e-commerce brands and distributors, using the exports you already have. No new system to adopt.

Why me

I’m Michael Aggrey-Fynn. I manage operations for a distribution depot in Ghana, so I know what it’s like to need numbers you can trust out of a process you don’t fully control — counts that disagree with the system, a fast-moving line short before anyone notices, and a spreadsheet the team quietly stopped believing.

I built the reporting I wanted for my own depot. Now I build it for other people. I’m not a developer who read about inventory; I’m an operations manager who lives it, and I build from that side of the desk.

What I build

Best fit: apparel and accessories brands, where one design becomes thirty SKUs across sizes and colours and a spreadsheet stops being honest quite quickly. It works from Shopify, WooCommerce, or plain CSV exports.

Get in touch

If you’re running your reordering out of a spreadsheet and quietly don’t trust the numbers, I’d be glad to hear about it. No pitch — I’ll tell you straight if I’m not the right fit.
